Viral sickness keeps coming back

Few weeks ago i got hit with some viral stuff and it knocked me down bad. thought i was better but now its back again throat hurts body feels weak no energy head heavy all day. Been just taking water and random meds they help for a bit then its same again. Its like you get up and then it drags you back down.
Anyone else get sick like this back to back what really helps to kill it off for good?

Yeah had that cycle too feels like it never ends. mine turned out to be lingering infection doc said immune system gets tired so virus keeps hanging on. antibiotics don’t do anything if it’s viral but strong rest, proper food, vitamins helped me more than random pills. some people swear by ginger honey tea or even immune boosters but honestly time and full recovery break was key. you running any fever or just feeling drained?

Throat raw body heavy no matter how much you rest. Sometimes meds only push it down for a short while then same cycle. I started thinking maybe weak immune or something lingering in chest. Some people swear by vitamins or herbal stuff others say only full rest works.
Do you feel it worse at night or just all day same?

I kept catching the same thing again and again. First time was after going to the office, half the team was coughing and sneezing, few days later i was down too. I thought i fought it off, but then after visiting a crowded mall it came right back. Throat burning, body drained, head heavy like i hadn’t slept in days. Meds gave short relief but nothing lasting. It felt like every place i went i picked it up again. finally i stayed home for a stretch, went to clinic and got proper treatment. That was the only way it stopped cycling back.
