Since some time i feel the sun burning more intense like a while before. In the past i had no problem to stay long time in the sun. But now it burns on my skin.
I have tried allready to take more vitamins. Nothing realy helps.

Yeah, I get what you mean. I used to sit in the sun forever and barely notice, but now even 15–20 mins and my skin feels like it’s on fire 😅. Not sure if it’s just age, thinner skin, or the UV being stronger these days.Vitamins never really did much for me either. What helps is good sunscreen (even if it feels annoying to put on), a hat, and just not staying out during peak hours. If it keeps feeling weird though, maybe worth asking a doc—sometimes meds or skin conditions can make you extra sensitive.

Also, certain medications or skin products can make you more sensitive to sunlight. Vitamins alone usually don’t protect against UV. Sunscreen, hats, and covering up are the best way to prevent burns.

I’ve been feeling that too—it’s like the sun is way stronger than before. A few things can make your skin extra sensitive: certain medications (like antibiotics or acne treatments), skin conditions like eczema or rosacea, and even vitamin deficiencies, especially B12 or folate. Hormonal changes or thyroid issues can sometimes play a role too. Definitely helps to stick to sunscreen, shade, and protective clothing, but if it keeps happening, checking in with a doctor might be a good idea just to rule out anything underlying.
