I used to get Raynaud’s every fall and winter. My hands and feet would feel completely dead, especially my fingertips — always numb. It took me forever to find something that actually helped. I tried a bunch of stuff, like hot/cold showers. That helped a little, but not enough. I’ve always been super sensitive to cold anyway. Sitting at a desk for long hours made it even worse — I’d freeze up so fast. My first attempt was cinnamon supplements. I thought maybe they’d improve circulation, but nope. My veins still stayed super narrow whenever an attack hit. Now though, I think I’m finally on the right track: OPC grape seed extract. Thats what im taking right now: https://amzn.to/41Mt4ke
I take it morning and evening, and so far it’s been helping with my blood circulation. Honestly, the attacks are almost gone.
