Fibromyalgia is when body hurts all over for long time, not just one spot. pain feels dull or burning, sometimes stiff. People with it feel tired all day even after sleep. Brain feels foggy can’t focus. Sometimes headaches, numb hands or feet, even stomach trouble. Nobody really knows one cause but stress, accidents, infections, family history all linked. doctors give pain meds or sleep pills but doesn’t fix fully. Exercise gentle, stretching, keeping routine, lowering stress can make it easier to live with.

Woke up with the same weight again, body aching like it carried bricks through the night. Arms feel sore, legs stiff, neck tight, even though nothing heavy was done. Walking to the kitchen takes effort, like dragging through mud. brain won’t clear, simple tasks feel far away. Sometimes hands go numb holding a cup, sometimes headaches strike out of nowhere, stomach churns without reason. Doctors check, give tablets, talk of stress and history, but the pain stays. Stretches on the floor, slow breathing, keeping small routines those are the little things that make it bearable, but the shadow of pain never really leaves.

Lives with a body that never really rests. Every joint feels heavy, muscles ache like a constant weight pressing down. Nights bring no relief, even after hours in bed the morning feels the same, drained before the day starts. The mind feels wrapped in fog, words slip, focus disappears. The hands tingle, sometimes the head pounds, sometimes the stomach refuses peace. Doctors talk of stress, old injuries, maybe family ties, but no clear reason. Medicine dulls the edge for a while, therapy moves it slowly, routine and gentle stretches give the only bit of control. Life becomes about learning to live with a shadow that never leaves.
