Lately I’ve been realizing how much sitting around all day messes with not just my body, but my mood too. When I’m inactive for a while, I notice I’m more tired, stressed, and even less patient with people.
It’s like the less I move, the less I want to move — total downward spiral. And it’s not just exercise, it’s also about being aware of my body. Half the time I don’t even notice I’m clenching my jaw or hunching my shoulders until the tension gets bad.

What’s worked for me so far:
- 10–15 min walks after meals
- Random stretch breaks during work
- Quick body scans when I remember (just noticing where I’m tense and relaxing it)
