Anyone else get random tingles in their hands/feet?

Hey guys,
So this has been happening to me for a bit — every now and then my hands or feet get this weird tingling feeling, like they’re falling asleep even when I’m not sitting funny. It comes and goes, sometimes just for a few seconds.
Not painful or anything, just… kinda annoying and makes me wonder if it’s normal.
Do any of you get this too? Did you figure out what it was? Curious if I’m just overthinking or if it’s a “go see the doc” kinda thing.

Hey, I’ve had that before too. For me it sometimes happens if I’ve been sitting in one spot too long or if I’m dehydrated. A little tingling here and there can be pretty common. That said, if it’s happening often or without an obvious reason, it might be worth checking in with a doctor—could be something as simple as circulation or vitamin levels, but better to rule things out than just guess. In the meantime, maybe keep track of when it happens (like after workouts, certain positions, or times of day). That info can be super helpful if you do end up seeing a doc.

I actually had something similar last year and thought it was just me sitting funny, but it kept happening. Turned out my B12 was super low, which can mess with your nerves. A simple blood test showed it right away. Supplements fixed it in like a month. Not saying that’s what you have, but it’s one example of how it can be something easy to treat if you check.
