Lately I’ve been struggling with sleep — either I can’t fall asleep easily or I wake up feeling like I didn’t actually rest. I started looking into different devices that claim to help with sleep & recovery, and now I’m wondering if any of them actually work.

Stuff I’ve seen around:
- Smartwatches/trackers that monitor sleep stages & recovery (Garmin, Whoop, Oura, etc.)
- White noise machines / sound apps for relaxation
- Light-based devices that mimic sunrise/sunset
- Breathing/relaxation gadgets that guide your breathing rhythm
- Even things like weighted blankets that supposedly calm the nervous system
